Ryan Roberts has served as the Scott Community Foundation Executive Director since March, 2008. Prior to this position, Ryan served a non-profit organization in the child welfare field for ten years.Ryan’s duties for community foundation are to facilitate, coordinate, and develop the Scott Community Foundation in line with the mission statement. His wealth of knowledge has been a huge asset to the Scott Community Foundation. When he is not working, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play sports.

Pam Caldwell brings considerable expertise to her role. Previously, she served at the Garden City Community College Endowment Association for 20 years. Garden City Community College Endowment is the “on-campus” foundation that raises funds for academic and technical scholarships and is also involved in special projects on campus and funding grants for the GCCC professors and staff. In January 2013, Pam became the Assistant Executive Director for the Scott Community Foundation. Her main duties include accounting and policies, but she also participates in the decision making for the foundation and is involved with individuals in the community.

Julie Niehage began work for the Scott Community Foundation in May 2015. Her previous experience includes working for K-State Research and Extension for 5 years. Julie’s career with the Scott Community Foundation filled the Community Development Coordinator position. Her main role as the Community Development Coordinator is to engage community members and communicate the foundations objectives through marketing! Some of Julie’s hobbies include riding horses and playing with her Dog Lucy!
